Our President and CFO, Jesse Allison, entered the flooring industry 10 years ago after nearly a decade in luxury hotel and hospitality design. She joined her husband, Thomas Agrachov, in the flooring sector and took charge of ‘Wood Library,’ their flagship flooring showroom in Hoboken, New Jersey. After a few years, the couple sought to engage in a more ambitious endeavor by creating their own brand of flooring that offers a fresh look and higher quality products than those typically found in the commercial flooring industry. In 2015, Helena Flooring was launched and has quickly become one of the fastest-growing brands on the East Coast of the United States, with plans to expand nationally by 2025. Today, Jesse is the glue at IBS, playing a vital role in our success, including helping the company achieve WBE status with the state of NJ, and ensuring quality in our floor installation and self leveling services.

Our COO, Thomas Agrachov, has been a leading professional in the flooring industry for nearly 25 years. He is the CEO of Newark Flooring, one of the premier distributors of commercial flooring and tile in the tri-state area. His vision for Ironbound Surfaces LLC was to create a vertically integrated flooring company that fully understands all facets of manufacturing, preparation, self leveling, and floor installation. The company's mission is to provide our customers with a high level of comfort and peace of mind throughout their flooring projects. We do it right!

Head of Leveling Division
Our self leveling division is led by Rich Romualdo, a seasoned expert in both the commercial flooring and floor installation sectors. With over twenty years of experience at Sika Corporation, Rich has focused on the distribution and education of all Sika adhesive, preparation, and self leveling products. He later took a role with USG in their leveling division, where he spent five years enhancing education in the field. Rich joined IBS a year ago as our leveling guru, and he has since trained our team in all aspects of floor preparation and self-leveling applications.

Head of Installation Division
Our commercial flooring installation division is led by Ialli Oliveira. He came from Brazil as a child and began his career in floor installation at a young age. Today, Ialli boasts nearly 15 years of experience in the flooring industry, with six of those years at IBS. He started with our company as an installer and, after a few years, was promoted to a junior project manager. Now, as our top manager, he has successfully completed dozens of projects, ranging from luxury single-family residences to several hundred unit residential towers, including projects that utilized self leveling techniques.
